Kevin J. Donly, DDS, MS, is president of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. A diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, he is also a professor and chair of the Department of Developmental Dentistry and a professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. A past-president of the American Society of Dentistry for Children, Donly has served as the pediatric dentistry commissioner for the Commission on Dental Accreditation and has published more than 400 chapters, manuscripts, and abstracts on pediatric dentistry, dental restorative materials research, and clinical utilization.
