Elly Francisco, MSDH, RDHAP

Elly Francisco, MSDH, RDHAP, is a highly respected California-licensed registered dental hygienist in alternative practice (RDHAP) and the founder of RDHAP Connect, a website designed to match patients in the dentally underserved community needing oral health with RDHAPs in California. She is widely recognized for expanding oral healthcare access for underserved populations and training other professionals to establish alternative practice models. A member of the Board of Directors of the California State Rural Health Association, she is also the retired director of the RDHAP Program at the University of the Pacific Arthur A.
