Adaira L. Howell, RDH, BSDH, MS, is a lecturer and the community outreach coordinator at the Gene W. Hirschfeld School of Dental Hygiene at ODU. With experience as an educator, researcher, and clinical dental hygienist, she is also a published author. Howell’s research focuses on increasing access to dental care for underserved populations. She has a true passion for serving others and strives to create a community that focuses improving health equity for all.
