Pulpdent Offers Patient Brochure on Sealants

The new Pulpdent patient brochure explains how sealants are applied and why they work. The brochure includes a brief summary of a clinical study to demonstrate the success of Embrace sealant use. The study showed that after a minimum of two years, none of the 1102 teeth sealed with the Embrace WetBond Pit and Fissure Sealant had developed caries on the sealed occlusal surfaces. Embrace is the first sealant resin that can be applied to the moist tooth. It integrates with tooth structure, forming a margin-free interface that virtually eliminates microleakage.
