Colorado Bill Creates Assistance Fund for Dental Hygienists

Colorado Governor Jared Polis signed a bill creating a peer assistance program for dental hygienists into law on June 8. The bill, SB22-058, was passed with 39 ayes; 24 congress members voted no. The fund provides assistance to dental hygienists who experience physical, emotional, or psychological issues that prevent them from working in the field. Click here to read more.
