ST. PAUL, Minn. – April 3, 2006 – 3M announced today that it has completed the acquisition of OMNII Oral Pharmaceuticals, a provider of differentiated preventive dental products, solutions and support for dental professionals. OMNII headquarters will remain in West Palm Beach, Fla. It will be a wholly owned subsidiary.
